An all natural alternative to a heating/cooling pad is to use a rice pad. These rice heating pads come in various sizes and styles The bag is filled with rice.
To use: Microwave for 1-2 miinutes and apply to a troubled spot. The heat eases the pain. You can also freeze the rice pad and apply to the area of the body that may need cooling. The cool is a great way to fix a booboo and no ice needed.
We have three sizes to choose from. Small, Large, and a Neck Pad.
